Custodial set up - no later than 8:00 AM on Tuesday:
1. Bleachers are open
2. Mats are on the floor, ready for instrumental and choir performances
3. Sound system set-up (Vanessa is in charge of this)
Please note: Once the Leadership students take the 5th grade students on a school tour, all of the instrumental chairs/equipment needs to be removed and the floor mats must be removed. Dennis and Ismael are needed. This needs to be completed no later than 10:05 AM so that the Colorguard team can roll out their mat and practice before their presentation at 10:25 AM. There will be students in the gym to assist with the mats. Unfortunately, the mats that are used to protect the floor are EXTREMELY different than the mat used for Colorguard. And the Colorguard mat can not be walked on unless you are barefoot or wearing jazz shoes. So we can not use one mat for all events of the day.
